Student Activities
The classroom is not the only place for you as a student to open your mind to ideas, experiences, and learning. The Office of Student Activities is here to assist you in finding your niche outside the classroom through involvement, programming, and leadership opportunities.
Our campus abounds with opportunities to discover new interests, new talents and new friends! Enjoy co-curricular learning opportunities from leadership training to interpersonal education through active involvement with student organizations, campus activities and Greek life. Our amazing campus community will welcome you and offer you endless opportunities to build lifelong skills, get involved, and create lasting relationships with others in the process. With a calendar that is filled with activities and events, you'll find there's never a dull moment at Furman!

The Office of Student Activities provides a variety of programs and opportunities that allow you to customize your college experience to be the most beneficial for you, helping you develop your potential and apply new knowledge in real-life situations. Whether you are a new student trying to find your way around Furman, or a “veteran” student looking for something different, there are a vast array of opportunities just waiting for you to find them!
The office is located in Room 248A of the University Center, just inside the FUSAB Office. Please contact Jessica Berkey, Assistant Director for Activities & Orientation, for more information.
