Greenbelt Community residents are required to enroll in a one-credit seminar each semester they live in the community. Learn how to live a more sustainable lifestyle while becoming a leader for sustainability on Furman's campus and in your community. All classes are lead by Dr. Wes Dripps, Chair of the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences.

Fall: Sustainability Science 280: Sustainability Leadership will introduce you and your fellow residents to the multiple facets of sustainability, encourage you to experiment and live a more sustainable lifestyle, and provide you with leadership training for promoting campus and community sustainability.

Spring: Sustainability Science 281: Making Change Happen is designed to help you and your fellow residents develop and implement action plans for sustainability related change on campus or in the Greenville area.
