To be considered for any need-based financial assistance, students must complete the
CSS Profile and the
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Financial aid packages usually have a combination of Furman need-based grants and/or merit-based scholarships, federal/state grants and loans, and work-study. Be sure to review the
deadlines for financial aid.
Many students also apply for scholarships administered by agencies and organizations outside of Furman by using online resources like

College Board.
