We are excited that you have decided to attend Furman! To confirm your spot at our university, please complete the following steps by the appropriate deadline:

Take the first step to enrolling at Furman by submitting your $500 deposit. Send your deposit to:

Take a moment to tell us about yourself so that we can match you with the perfect advisor for your four years at Furman.
Learn about the technology resources available at Furman and get your computer ready for our campus by completing our technology orientation. You will receive a technology packet with instructions.
Send us a photograph suitable for your Furman ID card and we will have it ready for you when you arrive in the fall.
Be sure to complete our three-step process to ensure we have your latest medical and immunization records. First, download our medical and immunization form as a PDF.
Once you have filled it out, use this form to complete our online form. You'll need your network username and password as well as the latest version of Internet Explorer to access this site. When you login, be sure to turn off your browser's pop-up blocker. You should be able to locate the “Medical History” and “Immunization Records” links on the left side of the page. Click each of these and complete the required forms.
Finally, bring a hard copy of your forms to summer orientation. You will turn them into Health Services. If you are not able to bring them to orientation, you can mail your forms to:

Hoping to replace an introductory course with your Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) test score? Find out if you scored high enough to earn credit.
If you did not designate Furman as your score recipient when you took the AP exam, be sure to arrange for your scores to be sent directly to us. Find out how at www.collegeboard.com. Be aware that the College Board charges a fee for this service. The College Board code for Furman University is 5222.
To send us your IB scores, you can request score reports through e-mail at transcripts.ibna@ibo.org. Learn more at www.ibo.org.
Complete Furman's vehicle registration or waiver process to register your vehicle and obtain a parking decal. Even if you're not planning to bring a vehicle, you must submit this form to avoid paying parking fees.
We have joined a number of the nation's top schools in offering AlcoholEdu for College as a component of our alcohol and sexual assault prevention initiative. Whether you abstain from alcohol or not, this program will help you make well-informed decisions about alcohol. Be sure to complete this online alcohol education program.
Be sure to review your financial aid so that you understand what is offered and what you will owe upon graduation. You can view your award package by clicking "MyFurman: Accept/Reject Financial Aid Award" in the navigation menu of our financial aid site.
Furman offers a hybrid approach to acclimating students to academics and college life—Summer Orientation and Fall Orientation. Our students are required to attend Fall Orientation. Attend orientation.

Along with that documentation, be sure to complete our Initial Contact Form. Review of these documents may take three to four weeks. Once each submission has been reviewed, we will send you an email to schedule an appointment with our Disability Services Coordinator. We generally hold these meetings during orientation or the first week of class.
