Federal Grant Guidelines
According to the Federal Grants Management Handbook, available in Grants Administration, a grant proposal package should consist of ten components:
1. cover letter
2. proposal summary
3. table of contents
4. introduction to/background of your institution
5. needs assessment/problem statement
6. long- and short-term objectives
7. methodology or program design
8. project monitoring and evaluation
9. project budget
10. future funding source(s)
