Due Process Committee
Annual Report, 2003-04
The Due Process Committee met four times this year. One meeting dealt with a request for Due Process from the past year and three dealt with a request for Due Process during the current academic year. In addition to the meetings, there was considerable correspondence via email and telephone.
The Faculty Status Committee is in the process of considering a revision to file 131.5 and has requested Due Process to meet with them It is anticipated that the Due Process Committee will meet with FSC one or two times before the end of this academic year.
I wish to thank the members of Due Process for their excellent work. Due Process Committee members are Duncan McArthur, Jim Guth, Leslie Quast, and Lon Knight.
