Victoia Kirby, a Furman graduate, was a co-founder and managing principal for a leading network integration company in the southeastern United States and negotiated the acquisition and transition of the company to a publicly held communications and data services provider. As Vice President of Integrated Services, she was instrumental in achieving market launches and company development across the southeast.
Kirby has worked with top leaders from companies such as General Electric Global, Scan Source Global, Lockheed Martin, Bausch & Lomb, Velux USA, Bon Secours St. Francis Health System, Greenville Health System, TD Bank, Kohler, Michelin USA and American Airlines. She has also led business seminars with global leaders from Germany, Russia, Spain, Austria, Italy, France, Australia, China and Japan.
Alison Search has been a member of the Furman community since 2008. Her responsibilities include organizing corporate and professional development seminars and workshops, and interacting with corporate client organizations. Alison is also responsible for organizing all professional development seminars and training for Furman's faculty and staff. She holds a Masters in Human Resource Development and a B.A. in Communication Studies from Clemson University.
