The Women's Leadership Institute of Furman is a development program designed for
women with proven leadership abilities. Since 1997, we have sponsored
this premier program to help women connect,
take control of their careers, become stronger leaders and make significant
contributions to their communities. Governed by an advisory board and selected from nominations, the class size
is limited—creating a powerful network for participants.
Our program includes four seminars led by women who have achieved prominence in business and the community. We also hold an orientation and graduation ceremony. Tuition includes professional development seminars, a 360 assessment, one-on-one coaching, materials and meals.
