Information for Library Visitors​

Need automotive access to library circle due to a disability? Please complete this request to library circle form and submit it to the Furman University Police Department.

A single-seat electric scooter is available to aid people who would like to access the library. This is a free service offered to students, faculty, staff, and visitors with a permanent or temporary mobility impairment. The scooter may be obtained from the lower level of the Chapel. Persons borrowing the scooter must show valid ID and sign a release of liability. The scooter is available on a first come, first served basis, so please call 864-294-2133 to confirm availability and reserve the scooter.
