Asian Garden

Furman’s original Japanese garden has been dramatically renovated and is now known as the Asian Garden. This serene garden's path winds pleasantly around a large pond with a waterfall at one end and a meandering stream at the other. Japanese irises and an assortment of bog plants line the edges of the stream and pond, enhancing its water quality. The major features of the garden include rare bamboos, several species of Japanese pines, camellias, oriental cherry trees, and a variety of other unique and well-known plants.
"The property itself is especially lovely, quite spacious,state-of-the-art and guest friendly. [The staff’s] professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and were very much appreciated. I will forever be grateful to each of you for [playing] a significant part in making a dream come true."- Vicki Lybrand, Bride's Mother
