OLLI Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
A Special Interest Group (SIG) is a group of OLLI members whose focus is a certain area of interest and social interaction. Several SIGs are already in place and new SIGs are encouraged to form any time. You do not need to register for SIGs and there is no fee. For more information about each group, get in touch with the contact person listed. To form a new SIG, complete this form or pick one up in the OLLI Office. Questions? Contact Nancy Kennedy.

BRIDGE
The Bridge Group is for players with some experience. This group currently meets on Mondays, 1:30-4 p.m., at The Woodlands. More groups may form with enough interest.

COFFEE AND CONVERSATIONS
Coffee and Conversations provides an opportunity for its participants to discuss current topics of interest on Sunday Mornings. All topics for conversation are contributed by the participants. This group meets the first and third Sundays of the month from 10:00-Noon in the OLLI Office building.

MAH JONGG
Mah Jongg is for experienced players who would like to get together weekly to play Mah Jongg. This group meets on Wednesdays, 1:30-3:30, at The Woodlands at Furman.

MEDITATION GROUP
The Meditation SIG exists to provide a suitable environment for meditation (contemplation within the mind) in order to develop the needed skills to maintain peace and happiness in one's life and all around. This is an open, non-interfering and accommodative setup. Everyone meditates as they prefer, and a small amount of time may be set aside for the exchange of ideas. This group meets Wednesdays, 3:15-4:15 p.m. in OLLI Office 110.

MIND AND BODY CONSCIOUSNESS
This Sig, Mind and Body Consciousness, is designed as a group discussion of being more authentic and learning to live in the present. The forum is to bring you closer to yourself and aimed toward newer mind-body healing for better harmony and balance. Bankim Shah, will be a part of the group sharing his life experiences. OLLI CONSORT
OLLI Consort is for experienced recorder players. The group gives OLLI members the opportunity to enjoy the pleasures of ensemble playing, advance their skills, and occasionally perform for others. This group meets every other week at the OLLI Office building or Buncombe Street United Methodist Church. Schedule is set each term by participants. Mystery Readers is for those who love to curl up with a good Agatha Christie mystery, or for those whose taste runs more to Lee Child, Margaret Maron, or maybe Dashiell Hammett. This group talks about their favorite authors and investigates unfamiliar authors. Bring you lunch and join us in Room 109 in the OLLI office on alternate Thursdays, beginning September 22 at 12:30.

SERIOUS PHOTOGRAPHY
Serious Photography is for those photographers interested in day or overnight shooting opportunities that will include nature, sunrise, sunset and other venues. All shooting trips will start at the Olli Office parking lot. The group will set a calendar outlining the dates and times shooting will occur.
