Incorporate regular physical activity into your day. In this section you will find a schematic of the Herman W. Lay Physical Activities Center (PAC) that designates which muscles are used by each machine. There are also demonstrations of over 160 different exercises that can be performed in the PAC and example workout plans for beginners and more advanced exercisers.
