| Prerequisites |
- Department must contact Marketing if they will need assistance migrating content to the WCMS
- Individuals participating in site development or maintenance must have a Furman NetID
- Content for site to be provided by departments

Key Service Targets
|
- 90% of evaluations will be conducted within 2 weeks of the request
- 90% of results will be returned to the customer within 2 weeks of the evaluation
- Number of departments using usability consulting/number of departments using WCMS
