Description

This service provides website usability testing for departments moving from their current web location to the Web Content Management System (WCMS), or departments already using the WCMS.

Prerequisites
  • Department must contact Marketing if they will need assistance migrating content to the WCMS
  • Individuals participating in site development or maintenance must have a Furman NetID
  • Content for site to be provided by departments
Key Service Targets
  • 90% of evaluations will be conducted within 2 weeks of the request
  • 90% of results will be returned to the customer within 2 weeks of the evaluation
  • Number of departments using usability consulting/number of departments using WCMS
