| Availability |
- Network and server assets are available 24 X 7 X 365 except during planned maintenance and upgrades.
- In the event of an emergency, designated core services are available from the back-up data center in Asheville, NC.

- Support is provided 8:30 am - 5:00 pm M-F except for campus holidays and shutdowns.
- Trouble calls to IT Service Center 864-294-3277 or email help.desk@furman.edu.
- Support outside normal work hours is routed through Public Safety 864-294-2111.

Functioning Internet connection either on campus or the Asheville Recovery site.

- In the event of a disaster Core services routed to the off-campus site within 12 hours
- Annual test of DR site capabilities for each designated DR component
