Website Support – Web Content Management System

Description

This service supports the University by providing assistance in maintaining the infrastructure behind the Web Content Management System.

·         Pull dynamic content into user’s websites from external locations.

·         Manage user permissions.

·         Create new layouts as approved by Web Projects Team.

·         Create URL redirects as approved by the Web Projects Team.

Availability

Consulting available during normal work hours M - F 8:30 am to 4 pm except for weekends, holidays, and planned downtime.

Support

  • Support is provided 8:30 am - 5 pm M - F except for campus holidays and shutdowns.

 Prerequisites

  • User provided statement of need and requested solution.  
  • Underlying software and hardware systems functional.

 Key Service Targets

·          Initial sites will be created within 2 weeks of the request from Marketing.

·         90% of custom form, dynamic content, new layouts, and URL redirects will be completed within 3 weeks from the date of their approval.

·         95% of all user permission issues will be completed within 1 week of request.
