  To make an address change you will need to do the following:
  • Benefits - log-in to HRInTouch to change your address with our benefit vendors.
  • MyFurman - log-in to MyFurman to change your address with the university.
  • Retirement - log-in to Fidelity and/or TIAA CREF to change your address with your retirement vendor.
• Automatic Deposit
  to change where your paycheck is automatically deposited. Be sure to attach a voided check when you return it to Human Resources
• 403b Salary Reduction Agreement
  to change the amount you are contributing to the Supplemental Retirement Program
• W-4
  to change your Federal taxation rate

• Dental Claims                                                                                                                                                       to seek reimbursement from Delta Dental for dental expenses
• Flexible Spending Reimbursement (Medical)
  to seek reimbursement from your flexible spending account for approved expenses
• Medical Claims
  to seek reimbursement from Cigna for medical expenses (i.e., an out of network physician's visit, durable medical goods, etc)
• RX Prime
  to seek reimbursement from Cigna for prescription expenses
• Flexible Spending Dependent Care Reimbursement
  to seek reimbursement from your flexible spending account for dependent care claims

• Flexible Spending Direct Deposit
  to have your flexible spending reimbursement checks directly deposited into your bank account
• Tel-Drug
  to enroll in Tel-Drug, CIGNA's mail-order pharmacy
• Health Risk Assessment Doctor Form form to take to your doctor to complete for the HRA
• Affiliate Volunteer Agreement form to request email and/or network accounts for individuals who do not qualify for accounts under the ITS policies
• Temporary Agreement form to request email and/or network accounts for individuals whose affiliation with Furman is in the form of a temporary employment relationship
