Forgot a password?
On-Campus: Students, faculty and staff members that need to have any password reset should come to the Help Desk. The Help Desk is located on the lower level of the Duke Library. Individuals must show a photo ID in order to have a password reset. (View Help Desk Hours)
Off-Campus: Students, faculty and staff members that are off-campus and need to have a password reset should contact the Help Desk 864.294.3277. The Help Desk can reset your password and mail the information to your home address. (View Help Desk Hours)
Furman Accounts
Network: Your network username ("NetID") and password will give you access to most Furman electronic resources. You will use your NetID and password when accessing the following resources:
Email: Your email username and password will give you access to your Furman FirstClass email account. Your email username and password is not used for any other system. (Current Faculty, Staff, UGD Students)
Datatel: In order to access the Datatel administrative systems you must use your Datatal username and password. Your Datatel username and password is not used for any other system. (Staff - Must Request)
R25: In order to access R25 you must use your R25 username and password. Your R25 username and password is not used for any other system. (Faculty and Staff - Must Request)
