Welcome: from the president

Greetings! I am always excited for new beginnings.  As we welcome Furman’s new interim president and his wife, Carl and Lynne Kohrt, it is also time to welcome newcomers to the Furman family. In the age of smart phones, ipads, ipods, and personal computers, our connectedness through social media keeps us separate in many ways. We in the Link want to encourage community by providing venues for people to meet, talk, interact, share interests, and serve each other. I would encourage your participation in one or more of the planned activities this year, and to get to know the fascinating women of Furman. We also encourage families, spouses/partners and unattached men to join in several of the events and organized interest groups.

Attached you will find a membership form.  Please complete the form and return by September 28, 2013.  You may also bring it with you to the Casual Coffee.

Thank you!
