Our highly trained and certified staff can help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Each program begins with an initial consultation to discuss your goals and measure your resting blood pressure, resting heart rate, and body composition. From there, we'll design a personalized workout that meets your needs. Reach your goals with our personal trainers.
To begin a personal training program, choose one of our four packages. Each package includes a set of one-hour sessions and is available exclusively to Physical Activities Center members. Payments should be made via check or credit card prior to your first appointment. To cancel a session, you must contact us 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- One session: $40
- Four sessions: $140
- Eight sessions: $240
- 12 sessions: $300
