From boot camp to yoga, we offer a number of group exercise programs throughout the year that are open to our members. For students/faculty/staff/dependents, you can purchase a semester-long pass that provides unlimited access to our group exercise programs for just $55, or if you prefer, you can pay $20 per month to participate. For community members, youcan purchase a semester-long pass that provides unlimited access to our group exercise programs for just $65, or if you prefer, you can pay $25 per month to participate.
Our classes are designed for beginners as well as advanced participants. No experience or equipment is required. If you have any special limitations, be sure to discuss them with our instructor before beginning one of our programs. Our participants are required to complete a physical activity readiness form, and may be asked to complete a physical examination with their physician. Forms can be picked up at the Physical Activities Center.

This joint-friendly class provides aerobic exercise and resistance in a comfortable water environment.
Strengthen, reshape, and define your entire body using barbells, dumbbells, tubing, and stability balls.
Start your day off with an energizing blend of aerobic and resistance training exercises to train your entire body.
A group indoor cycling class that is self paced and non-impact. Class size is limited. Bicycles are filled first come, first serve.
A blend of standing and mat based exercises to strengthen and stretch the major muscles with specific emphasis on the abdominals and lower back. Modifications will be provided for all exercises.
Develop flexibility, strength, stamina and muscle tone with a variety of yoga postures. Modifications will be provided for all postures.
A fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system.
