Accepted Student Day
If you have been accepted to Furman, be sure to attend one of our Accepted Student Days. Our program includes a
separate session for parents. Your parents will be able to attend their own informational session, tour our campus and more before rejoining you to attend an academic open house. Here is what you can expect:

Attend a Class
Students will attend class and engage in discussions with one of Furman’s world-class professors. Be sure to make plans to meet your parents at your chosen Academic Open House at 2:45 p.m.

Academic Open Houses
Academic departments host informal open houses for both parents and students. Ask questions about your intended major, a specific class, or academic programs at Furman.

Closing Session
Enjoy delectable sweet treats as the student teams finish Paladin Pursuit and winners are announced. You will also visit with your admission counselor. Don’t forget to ask for your accepted student gift!
