Older time slots may need to be accessed using the ARCHIVE link at the top of the page.

Whenever a new participant signs up for a timeslot, the researcher will receive an email:

FREUD online: New Participant for Study John Smith Furman University

Credit: Participants automatically receive credit once their appointment arrives. If a participant is removed from their timeslot for any of the reasons below, they lose all credit.

Rescheduling: If a participant cancels or needs to be rescheduled, remove them from their timeslot by using the red "Remove Participant" X. This will allow the participant to sign up for a different time or for the timeslot to be filled by a different participant.

Francis
No Shows:
Participants that do not keep their scheduled appointment are penalized the number of credits they were to earn. This is done using the skull icon (Remove and Penalize Participant). Before penalizing a no show, the researcher may attempt to contact the participant in an attempt to reschedule. However, any time a participant has missed their appointment, that time slot must eventually be removed from the system, whether with a penalty or just for rescheduling purposes. Any time a participant is removed from their timeslot, they receive an email confirming this action.
