Arrival and Departure for Students / Families

  • Plan to arrive Sunday afternoon, July 14
    • Registration Check-In and Family Housing access
      for ALL: 4 - 6pm
      (BRAVO participants should arrive at 1:30pm)
    • Full Meal Plan begins with dinner 4:45 - 6:15pm
    • Orientation Meeting for ALL 6:30 - 7:00pm  
    • Student Play-Ins 7:15 - 8:00pm
    • Welcome Party 8:00 - 8:30pm
  • Parents taking the Every Child Can! course on July 13 should arrive that morning at 8:30am. 
    Remember - there are no student events or housing available until Sunday afternoon. Only adults should be on campus July 13, so please plan accordingly.
  • Classes begin:
    • BRAVO! Participants:  Sunday, July 14, 1:30pm
    • All other students: Monday morning July 15 at 8:30am
  • Typical Day:  8:30am - 5:00pm - though not all students have classes during every hour.  Evening activities and special events will be announced at a later date.
  • Friday Night Closing Concerts: Family and friends welcome! Admission is Free! Bring your camera!
    • The 1:00 p.m. concert will feature the Orff Ensemble, Family Chorus, Music and Rhyme Time and Music Explorers classes in a unique and creative program.
    • The 4:45 p.m. concert will feature the three Institute ensembles and the Viola for Violinists class.
    • The 7:30 p.m. concert concludes our Institute week and features all of our campers; Violins, Violas, Cellos and BRAVO! participants.
  • Housing Check-Out: 
    • Friday night July 19 up until 9:00pm (no housing refunds for early check-out) 
    • Prior to 10:00am Saturday July 20.  (Housing deposits returned at that time.)
