Keith Davis is a jazz pianist, composer, and educator with 30 years of professional experience. He performs regularly at jazz festivals, clubs and events throughout the Southeast.

Davis has earned a distinguished reputation as an artist. He has toured with the Glenn Miller Orchestra, the Artie Shaw Orchestra, with Matt "Guitar" Murphy (Blues Brothers), and was a member of the Teddy Adams Quintet, which led to the recording of two albums.

Davis teaches piano lessons with a focus on improvisation. He also teaches Chen Style Tai Chi and Qigong.

Historical overview of the development of jazz. Intended for non-music majors. Includes the study of significant artists and their recordings in a social and historical context.

My goal is to help each student learn how to teach themselves to improvise and compose by providing them with the proper tools and methodology and to help each student find their own musical voice.
