The Paladin Regiment is a highly respected and musically powerful ensemble that performs at home football games, select road games and high school marching exhibitions. Open to music majors and non-majors, marching experience is not a requirement. Part assignments are determined at preseason camp in August. Current and recent members have marched with Garfield Cadets, Spirit of Atlanta and the 2013 World Champion Carolina Crown. Unlike your high school, the Paladin Regiment does not consume all your afternoons and every weekend. The Regiment rehearses twice a week and the morning of home games. Directed by Drum Corps International Hall of Fame arranger Jay Bocook, shows are designed to be fun for both the band and the audience. Contact Jay Bocook or FU Director of Bands Leslie Hicken for more information.

Members also have the opportunity to participate in lyric theatre and opera production pit orchestras. The FSO is open to majors and non-majors by audition. Wind, percussion, harp and piano assignments are based on need and determined by audition. For more information, contact Thomas Joiner.
