Omicron Delta Epsilon 

Omicron Delta Epsilon is the international honor society for economics. Furman University is home to Omicron Delta Epsilon's Eta Chapter of South Carolina.

Investments Club 

The investments club is open to all students who are interested in learning more about investments and investing. No prior experience is necessary. The purpose of the club is to help students learn more about the process of making good investment decisions.

Fed Challenge 

The Fed Challenge program is an academic competition designed to expand student's understanding of the role of the Federal Reserve System in the economy and the importance of Federal Open Market Committee decisions.

Post-Graduation Planning

An economics major opens the door to many excellent career opportunities. Alternatives for economics students are unusually varied, and include actuarial science, business, law, journalism, teaching, educational administration, health care administration, politics, finance and banking, government service, public and private overseas service, labor leadership, or consulting.
