Leave of Absence
Students may request a leave of absence for a semester if they are unable to enroll in classes for medical or personal reasons. To apply for a leave of absence, students need to submit the
Leave of Absence Form to the Office of the Associate Academic Dean prior to the start of classes. A leave of absence may be extended an additional semester. To apply for an extension of the leave of absence, students need to submit the
Leave of Absence Extension Form to the Office of the Associate Academic Dean prior to the start of classes. Students who are considering a leave of absence should consult with the Financial Aid Office about the implications of the leave on their aid package.
