Program overview
By providing extensive onstage and offstage training, our ambitious program develops well-rounded artists who are prepared for any role. We produce three mainstage performances each year to which the entire campus and Greenville community are invited. Our program ranges from modern, classical, comedy, and tragedy, and we believe we do some of the best work in South Carolina. Our students collaborate with faculty and get involved in every aspect of the production, from costumes, set design and promotion to lighting and sound.
Our degree program provides a comprehensive foundation in theatre arts, providing training onstage and in the classroom.Learn with us.

Is there a better place to study theatre than the home of "The Bard?" Every year, our semester-long study away program takes majors and non-majors to the United Kingdom. In addition to
seeing as many as 40 plays, you'll take classes with members of the Royal Shakespeare Company, visit historic sites like Dublin's Abbey Theatre, and attend shows on London's West End. Take a study away trip.
