Internships, Independent Study, and Research opportunities offered on a "for-credit" basis are available in many academic departments each summer. Consult with the department of interest to determine your eligibility for this type of instruction. You may register this type of instruction (typically courses numbered between 500 and 599) by securing a request through the summer session home page. Finalize the details with the appropriate academic department and supervising faculty member, and return the completed request to Academic Records for processing no later than the final day of the drop-add period for the second session. Having trouble getting started finding an internship? Check out available opportunities through the office of Undergraduate Research and Internships
