Teacher Education Program Application Application Checklist


Admission to Furman's Teacher Education Program is required for all prospective certifiers. Typically, individuals are admitted into the program in June following their sophomore year or in January of their junior year. Corresponding application deadlines are April 15 and November 15. Students who submit their application materials after the fall term of their junior year have only one additional opportunity to be considered for admission into the program at the end of their junior year, and therefore may jeopardize the possibility of completing their certification requirements in a timely manner.
