Meet the Firms
Accounting majors and prospective accounting majors attended the annual "Meet the Firms" on September 15. The event provided Furman accounting majors with an opportunity to talk with representatives from the "Big Four" accounting firms and two large regional firms. Each firm made a brief presentation on topics that included a recruiting road map, interviewing tips and graduate school considerations. Prior to and after the presentations, firm representatives were available for questions.
The firms represented included Cherry Bekaert & Holland, Deloitte, Elliott Davis, Ernst & Young, KPMG and PWC.
Recent Furman alumni attending as firm representatives were:
