Third year & fourth year: Engage
During the third and forth year in the Shucker Leadership Institute, Fellows are encouraged to pursue leadership opportunities within SLI, on the Furman campus in other student organizations and in the Greenville community. Positional leadership on or off campus provides opportunites for Fellows to contextualize their leadership skills and strengthen their leadership talents.
Shucker Fellows interested in serving on the Executive Lead Team and Lead Team must apply and interview for leadership positions. If selected to continue as a third and fourth year Shucker Fellow, program experiences would include:
