What are your hours of operation?
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Arrangements may be made for early meeting arrivals and evening and weekend events.
Is there a charge for parking?
No; ample on-site parking is provided at no charge.
Do you allow off-site catering?
No; all food services are provided by Furman's Bell Tower Catering.
Do you allow alcohol on the premises?
Yes; all alcohol and beverage service is provided by Furman's Bell Tower Catering. Multiple beverage and service options are available through Bell Tower Catering.
Are there any additional charges for your audio visual equipment?
No; each meeting room is equipped with built-in VCR, DVD player and LCD projector with overhead screen. Microphones and podiums are available upon request, as are a limited number of laptop computers for presenters' use; when provided from the Younts Center's inventory, there is no charge for these items.
Do you have a dance floor?
Yes; use of the Younts Center's dance floor is included in your rental charge. The dance floor is built using 3'x3' sections and may be up to 18’x21’ in size.
Do you provide any table or room decorations?
No; however, table linens are provided with food and beverage service from Furman's Bell Tower catering. Linen colors may be selected when your catering order is placed. No other decorations are provided by our facility.
Will the building be staffed during our event?
Yes; a member of the Younts Center staff will be available during all events. Special technical or other event support staff needs should be discussed when you book space at the Younts Center.
