The Younts Conference Center boasts an on-site kitchen with full-service catering provided exclusively by Furman University Catering Services. Start with hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail hour on the terrace or head straight into the ballroom for an intimate served meal of filet mignon with a low country crab cake or a buffet sure to leave them satisfied, the choice is completely up to you!
Alcoholic beverages are permissible at the Younts Conference Center. Bell Tower Catering will assist you in preparing alcohol for your event.
About Our Chef
Experienced chef Adam Fox, graduate of Johnson and Wales University, boast more than 25 years of kitchen experience and can help you choose from items listed on our catering guides, or customize a menu to fit your event. Fox has a wide range of expertise, ranging from cooking for thousands at the Beijing and London Olympics to serving professional athletes at a four diamond resort, and can deliver a high level of quality and service to your meals. An equally experienced and professional front-of-house staff will help ensure every little detail is in place.
