Listed below you will find several step by step procedures for obtaining information from our registration website. Please print out this page and refer to it as you navigate through the online registration site.

If you have trouble after following the procedures below, don't hesitate to contact our office at 294-2998 for additional support. During registration week we will have volunteers in the Herring Center Computer Lab to assist you with your online registration. Thank you, and we'll see you on campus!

To Access your lost Password:
Open the OLLI Home page and click on REGISTER NOW!

  1. You will be taken to the Registration Home page.Click on FORGOT YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD (in blue). That will take you to another screen. On the bottom of this page, enter your Firstname.Lastname, like..John.Doe and email address. Then click the RECOVER PASSWORD block.
  2. Next, go to your personal email account (i.e. hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc.) to get the password. We suggest that you COPY and PASTE that password.
  3. Go back to the REGISTER NOW page. Type in your Firstname.Lastname and paste in the password. You should now be logged in.
  4. You will then be asked to change your password. Place the cursor into the blank spot for the password and paste it again. Then choose an easy to remember password for future use, so you don't have to do this again!

To Access your lost User Name
Open the OLLI Home page and click on REGISTER NOW!.

  1. You will be taken to the Registration Home page. Click on FORGOT YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD (in blue). That will take you to another screen. On the middle of this page, enter your email address. Then click the RECOVER USERNAME block.
  2. Next, go to your personal email account (i.e. hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc.) to get your user name.
  3. Go back to the REGISTER NOW page and type in your user name and password. You should now be logged in.

Accessing Your Account Information
Once you are logged in, you can any do a number of things by clicking on the words "My Account" in the upper right hand of the screen. A gray box will appear with a list of options that include editing your profile information, checking your transcript, etc. Just click on any of these items and a new screen will appear that will allow you to do as you requested.

Changing Your User Name/Password
Once you are logged in, click on the words "My Account" in the upper right hand of the screen. A gray box will appear with a list of options. Click on USER NAME/PASSWORD. The next screen will allow you to change your user name and /or your password.

Registering for Classes
Open the OLLI Home page and click on REGISTER NOW!.

  1. You will be taken to the Registration Home page.
  2. Type in your Firstname.Lastname and password. Then click the SIGN IN block.
  3. You will be taken to the Shopping Cart page.
  4. Click on the grey box that says RETURN TO COURSE CATALOG PAGE and begin shopping!
