Personal Technology Configuration
In order for a device to connect to the Furman University network, it must meet certain requirements. You can save yourself some time this Fall by getting your computer ready before you come to campus. Make sure your computer meets our minimum requirements
All student devices must be registered to use the campus network. We use the Bradford Campus Manager to register devices and check for security updates and required anti-virus software.
Anti-virus software is not required for iPads, smartphones, and gaming devices, but you must register these devices if you want to use them on the campus network.
Computers must be current with updates
If you have trouble connecting to the network, please bring your device to the IT Service Center
in the lower level of Duke Library.
