Clinic hours are Tuesday & Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Earl Infirmary. Please use the front entrance of the infirmary.
The clinic number is 294-DOCS (3627). You will be able to leave a message for the doctor or to make an appointment press zero to be connected directly to Dr. Blackstone's office in Simpsonville.
