Here are some resources and information for Current Tutors. We hope this will make it easier for you to get paid!
Reminder: please keep your hours to 2 hours per student per subject per week. If your student needs more help than that, please contact us to work something out.
Please review all policies and procedures outlined in our Tutoring Handbook.
Please also review and be familiar with Furman University's academic integrity and dishonesty policies.
Time card submission instructions
Step 1: Your MyFurman Portal
Please log your hours under the 'Time Entry' tab on the left, before
8AM on the Monday they are due.
Instructions for entering hours on your MyFurman time card and hour logs can be found in our Tutoring Handbook
Step 2: Tutoring Hour Log
Your tutoring hour log is now a Google Form. Please submit this form after EACH tutoring session. You will need to complete a new form for each additional student/session during the week. Please email Tracy Carner

IMPORTANT: You must complete both steps in order to be paid. Timecards and hour logs will be compared prior to approval to be sure everything matches up correctly.
Please be sure to consult the Due Date Schedule so you can be sure your timecards are submitted on time to be paid.
