2010 Fall Term Dean’s List
GREENVILLE, S.C.—Furman University has compiled the names of the students who were named to the Dean’s List for the 2010 fall term.
The honor is awarded to full-time undergraduates who earn a grade point average of at least 3.4 during the university’s fall and spring semesters. The students are listed on the website by state.
Furman, a private, undergraduate liberal arts college of 2,600 students, is widely recognized for its rigorous academic program and strong faculty. The university has a chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, and ranks among the nation’s top colleges in the number of National Merit Scholars enrolled.
In 2010, Furman was listed among the nation’s top 45 liberal arts colleges in U.S. News & World Report rankings, and The Princeton Review listed Furman among the nation’s best undergraduate institutions in its annual college guide, The Best 373 Colleges.
