Christopher W. Collins
Christopher W. Collins is a co-founder and Managing Partner of First Atlantic Capital, LLC, a real estate investment company located in Boston, Massachusetts, focusing on the acquisition, ownership, and redevelopment of conventional and affordable multi-family housing communities throughout the United States.

Mr. Collins is a former principal and Managing Partner of Boston Capital Corporation. When he sold his interests in Boston Capital, the firm controlled more than $8 billion in real estate assets, which included 2,100 multi-family properties located in 48 states, making Boston Capital the fourth largest owner/investor in multi-family real estate.

Prior to Boston Capital, Mr. Collins was the co-founder and President of American Development Group, Inc., a real estate firm that specialized in the development, acquisition, construction and management of more than 100 residential, retail and commercial properties located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.

Mr. Collins is a respected authority in the affordable housing industry and serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition and the Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation. He is a member of the Board of Trustees at Montserrat College of Art and the Board of Advisors of the Boston Private Bank & Trust Company. Mr. Collins is also a past board member of the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency, Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, The Governor's Academy, Brookwood School and The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

Mr. Collins is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. He and his wife, Lisa, have three sons: Peter, Nathaniel, and James.
