Furman Rugby Scholarship Fund
Furman knows that our rugby team alumni have been valued ambassadors for the university.
In 2012, the university, Furman Rugby Olde Guys (FROG), rugby parents and friends established the Furman Rugby Scholarship Fund. This effort solidifies the future of Furman Rugby and will help the club continue to be championship competitive as it moves to Division II.

Homecoming to participate in the annual alumni game. While the club’s past successes are signature, it is the relationships and playing rugby the Furman way that transcend the many championships.
A common thread is woven through each Furman rugby team. It is passion, sportsmanship and coming together in the heat of battle. It is execution, well-drilled aggression and clean play. We, too, have a reverence for the game for things greater than us. For our alumni, rugby played a key role in their college experience.
