Only in unusual circumstances will the PVS Oversight Committee approve a PVS internship prior to the successful completion of PVS 101.
Can I serve my PVS summer internship in my hometown?
Yes, assuming the internship meets PVS criteria and is appropriately supervised.
Can I receive funding for my PVS summer internship?
Funding for approved PVS internships is awarded at the discretion of the PVS oversight committee. To be considered for funding, complete the Poverty Studies Fellowship application. After your entire internship application is complete, committee members will review your financial information and projected expenses for your internship and notify you of any award.
