to join in discussion around the process and themes. All submissions to this email will be posted in the Strategic Planning Conference in First Class, which is open to the entire campus and will serve as a discussion board.
The Strategic Planning Committee is committed to implementing the values of civil discourse in the exchange of ideas around the development of the 2011 plan, and thus will consider submissions (in writing, by email, or by any other means) only if the author identifies him/herself. However, the committee also understands that some may wish to send comments in confidence to the committee. The committee will give full consideration to these submissions if authorship is identified, and will keep the names of those authors confidential. You may utilize this option by writing to the committee, care of the President’s Office, or by emailing the committee at email@example.com
In short: comments for public consumption should go to the First Class group, and comments intended to be confidential should be sent directly to the committee.
